Customers are responsible for fuel costs, traffic fines, parking fees, and any damages caused during the rental period. Any accidents, mechanical issues, or vehicle damage must be reported to BookMyRide.lk immediately. Rental extensions must be approved in advance and may involve additional charges. Late returns may incur extra fees. Customers must follow all Sri Lankan traffic laws and use vehicles responsibly. BookMyRide.lk reserves the right to refuse or cancel rentals if policy requirements are not met.
